Return Policy – My Last Straw

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged during transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the products at shopmylaststraw@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If we cannot provide a replacement due to availability of certain items, we will refund the full purchase price of your item/order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at shopmylaststraw@gmail.com

Lost or Stolen Packages
MyLastStraw is in no way responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MyLastStraw will confirm with the purchase regarding the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to look into.

Shipping
You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact shopmylaststraw@gmail.com for the return address.
